A total of 9 employees in the tourism sector completed this unique education and besides the recognized certification, we have gained greater responsibility because the CIS program serves as the “identity card” for Bosnia and Herzegovina in the world of incentive travels.
Currently, Bosnia and Herzegovina is the country with the highest number of certified experts for incentive travel in the entire region within the global CIS program.
